A studio, not a factory
We're small on purpose. Every project has a designer, an engineer, and a project lead — and they're the same people from kickoff to launch. No hand-offs to a different team halfway through.
Decisions happen in writing. Code reviews happen in PRs. Meetings exist when they earn their place. People who join us get real ownership from day one and direct access to the people making the calls.
We don't pretend to be a global empire. We're focused, picky about clients, and we'd rather ship one thing well than three things half-finished.
